Nagbabala kahapon ang isang mambabatas na posibleng ginagamit lamang na “front” ng administrasyong Arroyo ang kahirapan ng taumbayan upang pagkakitaan sila sa makukuhang kickback sa mga subsidiya na ipinamamahagi sa mahihirap na Pinoy.
Sinabi ni Sen. Loren Legarda na hindi malayong mangyari ito lalo pa’t talamak ang katiwalian sa administrasyon ni Pangulong Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
