He filed a resolution Tuesday calling for a Senate probe into the $465.5-million Cyber Education Project (CEP) of the Department of Education to determine its relevance, urgency and cost effectiveness.

Villar said Garcillano may be facing contempt if he ignores the subpoena issued by the joint Senate committee panels that will hear out the wiretapping issue.
