Three retired justices of the Supreme Court investigating an apparent scandal in the Court of Appeals called a justice of the lower court a “robot” and admonished another of the same court for “unethical” practice. The mechanical behavior and the ethical breach of the two justices of the appellate court, the retired justices said on Friday, the second day of the inquiry, amounted to “impropriety.”

Greenpeace asks Congress anew to pass renewable energy bill

RENEWABLE energy can provide more than half of the Philippine’s energy needs by 2030, Greenpeace said Friday.
