FRONT PAGES are once again abuzz with speculation that former President Joseph Estrada might run for reelection in 2010. Estrada himself has denied any intention of running for the presidency and I have no reason not to believe him. But until what lawyers call an "actual case" is brought before the Supreme Court and receives a definitive solution, the question will keep cropping up—even if those who raise it might have an agenda and ulterior motives other than reelection.
