RP might lose waters if baseline law not amended--DFA

MANILA, Philippines -- Congress should pass a measure that will amend its old baseline laws and allow the country to conform to the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), the Department of Foreign Affairs said in a paper on UNCLOS obtained by INQUIRER.net.
