It was about the bank president paying himself, the board directors and senior officers P2 million to P10 million each in loyalty bonus. The amount depended on the receivers’ closeness to the president. One newcomer got P4 million just for being a yes-man, not for fulfilling the bank’s role of development of the Philippines.
